Maybe should have started sooner

So with my new immune boosting diet in effect, I settle into a 103.9 feverish state, fits of coughing, and most likely pneumonia. After the third day of doctor prescribed medications I'm feeling a lot better. However, I think maybe I should have held off from going back to work as it was a rough going today.
